Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds & Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you purchased please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to help. If you would like to return the product(s) you received we can offer full refunds for orders within 30 days of receipt. If you would like to request a refund, or to discuss any other issues, please email us at Refunds do not include the price paid for shipping the order.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if any).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.




Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Shipping your Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend shipping returns to us using a tracked courier (in the UK we recommend 1st Class Signed For Large Letter via Royal Mail). If the return gets lots in the post and you have not shipped it with suitable tracking, we will be unable to provide a refund.
