Mechbox is a small business run part time in the evenings by myself (Matt). I'm afraid for the meantime orders will take up to 3-4 days to be dispatched as some weeks I am only able to dispatch orders on Saturdays as I have to travel frequently for my non-Mechbox day job. Most of the time it takes me around 1-3 days after the order has been placed to be dispatched, but sometimes it can take longer. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

If you need it processed quicker (Birthday, going on holiday, keyboard related emergency ect), please leave a note with your order and email/message me. I will do my best to dispatch faster, however I am unable to guarantee it wont take the standard 1-3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have chosen tracked delivery, this email will include your tracking code. You can also track your package here using your tracking code.

We are currently unable to charge VAT on European orders. Customers who are placing orders to Europe will be contacted by the carrier to arrange payment of the relevant import taxes prior to delivery.
