The feel is the same as the regular tactile Boba (U4T): a strong tactile bump that feels great to push past. Significantly quieter when you hit the bottom of course - the cause of which does affect the feel as you bottom-out, but that's the usual tradeoff for a quieter switch.
Between this and it's louder counterpart I'd say the U4T's *just* beat it in terms of feel - this feels a little scratchy - but consequently U4T's win in decibel level also.
These have heaps of tactility and they are very quiet, especially with lube. The sacrifice for the quietness is these these are slightly more mushy on bottom out than other silent switches.
I was searching for a silent switch that wouldn't wake the spouse in the next room. Mechbox to the rescue — I was able to test nine different silent switches, both tactile and linear. This one was the clear winner in terms of noise level, and also in terms of feel. It's amazingly quiet and smooth, and delivers an excellent tactile bump. Also, the slot lets plenty of light through from the SMD LEDs on my keyboard. Highly recommended!
